Changes to Our Pain Management Policy

On January 1, 2024, Upstate Family Health Center will begin implementing a new policy for patients currently prescribed or seeking controlled pain medications for chronic pain. These patients will also be directly notified and referred to Pain Management Specialists to ensure appropriate care and continued management of their needs.
